Penny Kirby is a Senior User Researcher, based in Warrington UK. She is a Senior User Researcher for Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra UK) where she works with multi-disciplinary teams to create excellent user experiences. Penny graduated with a degree in graphic design and began working for a book publisher designing for print and the web. She then joined IBM where she worked on high profile websites. In recent years she has been working for creative agencies such as Amaze developing skills in user research and design.
